These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Feelspoon app (the "app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the app.
You retain ownership of the recipes and content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, sync, and display that content back to you and to operate the app's features. You are responsible for the content you import or create and for having the right to use it.
Some features use AI to import, scan, parse, or generate recipes. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always use your own judgment, especially regarding ingredients, allergens, cooking times, and food safety. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated recipes.
Feelspoon is free to use. An optional paid subscription (“Premium”) lifts the monthly cap on AI recipe capture; everything else in the app works without it. Premium AI capture is unlimited subject to fair use: up to 40 AI captures per day, plus a short pause if you make an unusual number of requests in quick succession. Those limits sit far above normal cooking use and exist to keep the service affordable for everyone; if we change them, we will update this page. Current pricing is shown in the app at the point of purchase, and billing is handled by the applicable app store — we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you cancel through your app store account rather than through us. Renewal terms and any free trial are disclosed before you are charged.
The app integrates third-party services (such as Anthropic, Supabase, Pexels, and Instacart) to provide certain features. Your use of those features may be subject to those providers' own terms.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recipe data will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feelspoon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
